De.Tales, in contrast, has curated the private domains—guest rooms, residences, the Presidential Suite, Executive Lounge, guest corridors, and dedicated elevator spaces.

The main lobby serves as an awe-inspiring centrepiece, where monumental scale meets human-centred design. Bronze panels, both solid and perforated, create a mesmerising interplay of light and shadow, guiding guests through a tranquil water feature towards a sculptural stone reception desk.
