Embedded in the centre of Rome, in the lively area of Rione Trevi, just a short walk from the monumental fountain and the Quirinale Palace, lies Umiltà 36 Luxury Hotel, one of the latest projects by CaberlonCaroppi studio.
Igor Rebosio and Giuseppe Varsavia, known as De.Tales, found themselves grappling with a legacy that is not one of history, but more like one of lifestyle and society, at what was once the Lido Cadenabbia, a true reference point for locals and tourists, close to the splendid town of Tremezzo on the shore of Lake Como.
The London-based design and architecture practice Flair Studio conveys through original bespoke projects a young and dynamic approach. Such an attitude is evident in all the works signed by Flair Studio, might it be a hotel, a restaurant, a retail structure or a residence.
