This year at Milano Design Week, Next Place Hotel emerged as one of the most talked-about installations—a visionary take on the future of hospitality, brought to life through bold design, immersive storytelling, and truly inspiring products.
Hosted in the industrial charm of Officina Fiorentini, the space was curated by Medelhan Bespoke and designed by Giulio Cappellini and Luca Fois. It wasn’t a hotel in the traditional sense, but a concept space where materials, colors, textures, and experiences came together to imagine what tomorrow’s hotels could be.
From the oversized Urban Garden at the entrance to the lush Courtyard and serene Wellness Area, every environment was carefully crafted and populated with design-forward products by brands like Technogym, Dieffebi, Canon, IconeLuce, Olmar, Fromm, and Flaminia.
Special mention goes to César Giraldo’s upstairs installation, “Enchanted Transitions”, which fused scenography with elegant, high-performance elements by Cosentino, Grohe SPA, and Vetsak.
Here, we highlight the most compelling pieces spotted at Next Place Hotel—products that didn’t just look good, but helped shape a whole new vision of what hospitality can be.
