The district of Albaro is an elegant residential area in the east of Genoa, where historical villas, modern buildings and modest fishermen’s houses describe an outline of architecture and real-life stories. 

SAOTA, a leading architectural firm based in South Africa and developing projects across the six continents, owes its success to the creative minds behind it, namely Stefan Antoni, Philip Olmesdahl, Greg Truen, Phillippe Fouché, Mark Bullivant, Roxanne Kaye and Logen Gordon.

The encounter between Paloma Architects and Legance dates back to 2017, when the architecture firm was hired to design the interiors of the new Milan headquarters of the law office, inside the historic Palazzo Aliverti at Via Broletto 20.

Observing the elegant, solemn façade, it is possible to perceive the operation of updating and renewal of the whole building, but nothing more.
